Dock & Bay Customer Survey Competition Terms & Conditions

1.⁠ ⁠Promoter

The promoter is Dock & Bay Ltd (“Dock & Bay”), 3rd Floor 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE.

2.⁠ ⁠Eligibility

Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
Employees of Dock & Bay, their families, agents, or affiliates are not eligible to enter.
No purchase necessary.

3.⁠ ⁠How to Enter

Complete the Dock & Bay customer survey during the competition period, providing a valid email address when prompted at the end of the survey.
Only one entry per person.
Automated entries or bulk submissions will be disqualified.

4.⁠ ⁠Competition Period

Opens: 12:01am (BST) on Tuesday, 23 September 2025.
Closes: 11:59pm (BST) on Monday, 29 September 2025.
Entries received after this date will not be accepted.

5.⁠ ⁠Prize

One winner will receive:
2025 Apple iPad, 11" display, A16 Processor, iPadOS, Wi-Fi, 128GB, Blue (or the latest equivalent model if unavailable).
1x Dock & Bay XL Whitsunday Blue Beach Towel.
£50 Dock & Bay online voucher (or equivalent in local currency, valid only at dockandbay.com, subject to standard voucher terms).
Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
Dock & Bay reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.

6.⁠ ⁠Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the closing date.
The winner will be notified via the email address provided in the survey.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Dock & Bay reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select another winner.

7.⁠ ⁠Voucher for All Participants

All entrants who complete the survey will receive a 15% off Dock & Bay voucher code, found on the last page of the survey after submission.
Voucher code can not be used in conjunction with other discounts or voucher codes.
Voucher valid until 11:59pm (BST) on Monday, 3 November 2025..

8.⁠ ⁠Data Protection

Personal data provided will only be used for the administration of this competition and in accordance with Dock & Bay’s Privacy Policy.
Survey responses will be anonymised and will not be shared outside Dock & Bay.

9.⁠ ⁠General

Dock & Bay reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms where necessary.
Dock & Bay’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Apple Inc.

This competition runs in parallel to our general website Terms of Service.
